| BOSTON CARIBBEAN COFFEE: 1 oz. Crème de Cacao (Brown), 1 oz. Dark Rum, rest Hot Coffee. Dip rim of Irish coffee glass in lime juice, then in sugar. Pour liqueur and rum into the glass.
