use at home, it is not optimized to be efficient with ice cream
portions size (portion control), and, in addition, like other commercial
grade products, we are
concerned with long-term robustness and profitability of our product
for our commercial buyers.
Example: For the
same reason you would want to use a commercial blender (if you had a
smoothie shop): the commercial unit would have higher horsepower,
better construction and better bearings, and would last significantly
longer than a unit purchased at your local discounter.
Q: I noticed you have a trademark symbol ® after The Spaghetti Ice Cream Co. If I were to purchase a unit, can I use the term Spaghetti Ice Cream, if I sell it in my establishment? A: Yes, we grant you a conditional license to use the term Spaghetti Ice Cream, when you purchase a unit from us.
Q: Can
you use different molds
for the 102032? Q: Do you sell wholesale? A: Yes, we do. We are in the
process of setting up a distribution network. If you have a
passion for
our concept and a vision for how to distribute our products, we would

Franchises? A: Presently no, but it is one

to anywhere in the world? Q: What is the advantage of the table-top unit over the hand held unit? A: The biggest advantage is
leverage. If you plan on using very cold ice cream, or, if you plan on
making alot of Spaghetti Ice Cream, the table top unit might be your
best choice.
Q: What is the advantage of the handheld unit? A: If you want serving
flexibility (for example: it would be more practical to use the hand
held unit for making Spaghetti Ice Cream cones or on large diameter
plates for catering) or if you want to pay a lower price, this unit may
be right be right for you.
Q: I live in a very hot climate, what unit should I order? A: If you would like a handheld unit, is the handheld unit of choice for very hot climates is the 102032, and the 102036 is table-top unit of choice for very hot climates. Dealerships
Do I get an exclusive area? A: No. We need as many locations as the market will support. The more locations we have the more familiar the public will become with our name, logo and product. Name, logo and product recognition will ultimately make every dealer more successful. It is up to our company and/or your local distributor to determine how many locations the market will bare.
