Green Tea Ice Cream Recipe

2 cups of Half & Half
3 Tbs of green tea powder
½ cup of sugar
A pinch of salt

Whisk together the half and half, sugar and salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat, and add the green tea powder. Stir and cook until the mixture is hot, but do not boil. Let the mixture cool down and then chill in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Next transfer the mixture into a chilled ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacture’s instructions. When its done, transfer the soft ice cream into a container and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
