PAYMENTS:
Personal checks, money
orders and credit cards processing (CCNow (internet), PayPal (internet) or PayPro (phone,
email or fax) processing.
DELIVERY TIME:
Generally, we
ship 1 week after receipt of order. Larger items may ship in two
weeks after receipt of order.
SHIPPING:
Unless an order
is defective, Shipping fees are non-refundable
COUPONS:
Shipping fee discounts
when coupons are used in the transaction are non-refundable.
METHODS OF
DELIVERY:
Depending on the delivery
destination, we use insured US postal delivery, FedEx ground or UPS
ground or US priority mail.
APO/FPO:
Deliveries
to APO/FPO destinations will be shipped USPS parcel post. When
shipping to APO/FPO destinations can take
take up to 1 month,
sometimes even longer. Please be patient.
INTERNATIONAL:
We usually ship USPS.
International shipping can take up to
1 month, sometimes
longer. Please be patient.
TARRIFS/BROKERS FEE:
Please be aware that items
that are shipped to International destinations, may be subject
to duty (import tax) payable to your government. If the shipping
company (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) assists in the customs clearance process,
they may also add a separate handling fee. Both these fees are
usually nominal, but if this is a concern of yours, you should check
with your customs and/or FEDEX, UPS and or your postal service just to
be certain.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
The Spaghetti Ice
Cream Company reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or
greater value to an order at our discretion (Spaghetti Ice Cream makers
only, not ice cream makers or coffee makers).

RETURN POLICY:

MERCHANDISE:
ALL UNITS
(COMMERCIAL/HOME):
If a product is
defective, you may
return it within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money.
HOME UNITS:
All
merchandise should be returned in original condition, with
original packaging, accessories, parts, instructions, manuals, in a
properly packed corrugated shipping box.
If the item is not returned in
its original condition, or is not returned in a properly packed
corrugated shipping box, and is damaged because handling by the
shipping company or the Postal Service, you will be responsible
for the damage to the unit and will ONLY receive a refund of the value
that we can resell it at (usually about 1/2 of it's original retail
price.
If you would like to
return an item, you must obtain a RMA number prior to returning, by
calling us at: 866-836-4968. If you do not obtain a RMA number
prior to returning, the shipment will not be accepted and will be
returned to you at your cost.
If
you paid with a personal check or money order, we will send you a
refund check. If you used a credit card, we will credit your account.
COMMERCIAL UNITS:
We have
found that dissatisfaction with any product is usually an
effect of improper training or not following instructions completely.

we will do our best to help you get the most out of your purchase.
We want you to be happy with your equipment, so you will tell your
friends about us.
Warranty: For all
commercial ice
cream makers and coffee makers, there is 1 year limited warranty,
covering parts & labor.
For Spaghetti Ice Cream
Makers, there is a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship.
Any product that show
signs of significant mishandling or abuse (where operating
instructions are ignored or are not followed) will NOT be covered
under warranty.
