1 quart vanilla ice cream — softened
1/2 cup dry or medium-dry Sherry
1 cup mixed diced fresh fruits
Combine ice cream, Sherry and fruits in blender or mixing bowl and blend quickly. Pour into refrigerator freezing tray and me until mushy. Stir well, then continue freezing until mixture is firm.
