1 cup of strong coffee

1/2 cup of milk

2 tsp of sugar

2 tbs chocolate syrup

1/4 tsp  vanilla extract

2 tbs whipped cream

Brew a cup of strong coffee.  Whisk together milk, sugar, chocolate syrup and vanilla in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat for about 6 minutes while whisking occasionally.  Don’t boil. Pour this chocolate mixture into a coffee mug. Poor your freshly made coffee over the mixture and fill your cup. Stir and top with whipped cream.
