1 cup of hot coffee
1 egg yolk
2 tsp of sugar
1/2 cup of cream
Pinch of nutmeg
Mix the sugar and egg yolk together and put aside. Add the cream in a saucepan and heat over a low temperature setting. Do not heat, just let the cream get warm. Now wisk the egg mixture into the warm cream, and heat until hot. Poor hot coffee into a mug and top with the cream mixture. Garnish the coffee with nutmeg.
